Warranty Information


We are proud to offer a 2 year warranty on the steel frame and 1 year warranty on all mechanical parts for our massage chairs. During the warranty period, if and when a problem occurs, necessary parts and a set of detailed instructions on how to exchange the part will be provided by our friendly customer support staffs. Customer support staffs are readily accessible by phone or via email during business hours.


We understands that we are not all handymen. If you don’t think of yourself as the fixer-type, please contact our sales personnel to arrange a technician visit, where applicable. You are more than welcome to contact us for quotation prior to the technician visit.


Please note that all warranty excludes the following:

  • Any shipping expenses incurred
  • Normal wear and tear, including velcro or zipper malfunction, or tears in any synthetic leather or fabric covering
  • Warranty does not apply if the product has been physically damaged whether intentionally or accidently or by neglect, including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged or soiled.

Obtaining a warranty:

To obtain warranty service you must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim. With the help of one of our agents, you must then obtain a return authorization number (RA#) in order to ship the product to a service center.
